Shipping Policy
As Palvem, we work to deliver your orders to you in the fastest and safest way. Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery time throughout Türkiye varies between 3-7 business days. Your cargo tracking number will be notified to you by e-mail when your order is shipped, so you can easily track the status of your order.
We carefully package your orders to ensure that they reach you without any damage. However, in case of any damage or deficiency that may occur during the shipping process, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we are here to find solutions to any of your problems.
Return & Exchange Policy
As Palvem, we aim to keep our customers' satisfaction at the highest level. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date you received it. For return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. For returns, you can contact our customer service and get the necessary guidance.
Returned products are examined within 7 business days after they reach us, and when approved, your payment will be made back with the same payment method. For exchange requests, if your new product is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days. We will get back to you as soon as possible by offering alternatives for products that are out of stock. We are always with you during the return and exchange processes and are here to provide the best service.
