1. Parties
This membership agreement has been concluded between Loren Gıda Emlak Otomotiv Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on the one hand and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") who is a member of the website www.palvem.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") on the other hand.

2. Membership
2.1. In order to gain membership status, the user who wants to become a Member must approve the Membership Agreement on the Site and fill in the requested information with accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Member agrees to act in accordance with all applicable legal regulations while using the Site.
5.2. The Member is personally responsible for all transactions performed on the Site.

6. Privacy and Security

7. Changes

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. In disputes arising from this contract, the laws of the Republic of Turkey will be applied and Bolu Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
